Berry Party Wall Surveyors are a family run business of expert Party Wall Surveyors founded by Scott Berry and assisted by his two sons Elliot and Jed. They have offices in Dartford, Gravesend and Faversham and cover the whole of London, Kent, Essex and the South East Specialising exclusively in Party Wall Matters.

 

Scott started working in the construction industry alongside his father and two brothers upon leaving school where he continued to work for the family business, project managing domestic and commercial building projects, until he had a family of his own. Scott then decided it was time to start his own construction company and so he founded S M Berry Building Contractors Ltd in 1995. The company project managed domestic and commercial extensions, loft conversions and renovations in Dartford, Kent & the London area and Scott steadily built his reputation as a quality Building Contractor. In the following years Scott was delighted to be joined by his two sons, Elliot & Jed, and they continued to build a reputation for excellence in the local area.

 

After running this well-respected & successful Building Construction Company for over 25 years Scott decided to put his expert knowledge of construction to good use and retrain as a Specialist Party Wall Surveyor, gaining Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building & becoming an Accredited Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

Scott’s two sons, Elliot & Jed, have again followed in their father’s footsteps and have both moved to the professional side of the industry and joined him as Expert Party Wall Surveyors. They are now both accredited members of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and are running the companies' offices in Gravesend and Faversham respectively.
